The terms that apply when you use this website and place an order.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Zendropship ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders and contract
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm payment has been received (or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm your order). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners; we never store full card details. An order is marked as paid only once the payment provider has confirmed the payment.
3. Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy.
4. Returns
Your right to return items is described in our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Product information
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Photography may show products styled with items that are sold separately.
6. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews must be your genuine experience of a product you have used. We moderate reviews and may decline those that are abusive, off-topic or appear inauthentic. We never publish paid or incentivised reviews without disclosure.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
